A twelve lot walk-up and a sixty lot tower are not the same job, and neither are a shopfront and a warehouse. Commercial, strata and office programs are all quoted after a site assessment rather than off a list.
The assessment is free and there is no callout fee. For homes, general pest starts from $180 + GST and termite inspections from $280 + GST.
