Food premises and audits
Anywhere food is prepared or stored, you need a pest program and you need the paperwork to prove it. Every visit produces a written report of what was found and what was treated, which is the record a health inspector or an auditor asks for.
Warehouses and storage
Big buildings with roller doors, loading bays and pallets of stock are difficult to seal and easy to get into. Baiting alone never holds a warehouse. Proofing the building matters more, and the bait is there to clean up what is already inside.
Retail and shopfronts
A shop shares walls, waste and often a rear lane with every other shop in the row. That makes the problem a strip problem rather than a shop problem, and the treatment has to account for where it is actually coming from.
Work that does not interrupt trade

- Termidor. A liquid termite barrier that termites carry back through the colony rather than simply avoiding.
- Exterra. A termite baiting and monitoring system, used where a chemical barrier is not practical.
- Termseal. Physical barrier systems, mostly at construction and renovation stage.
- Greenzone and Pest Cert. Accredited applicator programs for general pest work.
Member of AEPMA, the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association. The products are registered chemicals applied by a licensed technician: water based, low odour, with no fumes once applied.

Questions we get
Do you provide documentation for audits?
Yes. Every visit produces a written report of what was found, what was treated and what needs attention. That is the record an auditor or a health inspector asks for, and it is yours to keep.
Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes, and most commercial work is. Early, late or overnight depending on the site. It is arranged when we quote.
We treat and they come back. What are we doing wrong?
Usually nothing. On a shopping strip or in a building with shared waste and plumbing, the population next door is untreated and simply walks back. Holding it means a scheduled program plus closing the routes in, rather than a call out each time it flares up.
How is commercial work priced?
Quoted after a look, because a small shopfront and a warehouse are different jobs. The quote is free and there is no callout fee.
