A general pest treatment covers the common invaders that turn up in homes and workplaces right across Sydney, from the North Shore and the east through to the Inner West and the western suburbs. One visit treats the whole property inside and out, not just the room you have noticed them in.
- Cockroaches. The common species through kitchens, bathrooms and subfloors.
- Ants. Trails, nests and entry points treated at the source.
- Spiders. Webbing spiders around eaves, fences and gardens.
- Silverfish. Wardrobes, bookshelves, roof voids and storage.
Seeing rats or mice as well? That is a separate job, handled under rodent control.
German cockroaches need a dedicated program rather than a standard general pest treatment. Mention them when you call and Mark will quote that separately.

Exactly what happens on the day.
No mystery, no rushed in-and-out. Here is how a standard general pest treatment runs.
- Mark arrives on site and introduces himself.
- You talk through the problem, which pests, which rooms, how long it has been going on.
- You show him through the property and point out the problem areas.
- He sets up his equipment.
- Treats the roof void.
- Treats the interior skirting.
- Treats the subfloor.
- Treats the exterior walls, fences, gardens, pool area, sheds and garage.
- Packs down the equipment.
- Confirms the work is done and shares any important info, advice and recommendations.
- You receive your invoice and report by email.
Six month guarantee
Standard general pest treatments are guaranteed for six months. If the targeted pests come back inside that window, so does Mark. German cockroaches are the one exclusion, as they need a dedicated program.
Water-based, low odour
The products used today are water based with no fumes when applied, and far safer than the chemistry used decades ago. Keep pets and children off treated surfaces until dry, usually 30 to 60 minutes.
